| Dock Transfer Application - Holding | Dock Holding is used for dock owners who no longer have a property to "attach" the dock to. For example, a dock owner would need to transfer his dock into holding if he sold his home but did not sell the dock with the home. Holding has special fees and conditions involved. A dock in holding may not be used. Fees appear on the application.
