Dock Trash Pickup
ALA Dockside Trash Service – How It Works
You no longer need to register online. Simply purchase ALA Mint-X trash bags (with the ALA logo), place them at the end of your dock, and we’ll pick them up every Monday starting Memorial Day Weekend to the last Monday in September.
- Only ALA-issued bags will be collected.
- No green waste or items that don’t fit inside the bags.
Trash Bag Pricing
- $5 per bag
- $20 for five bags
Where to Purchase
Green Waste Collection
- Final green waste pickup is June 23rd
- Green waste is not collected during regular trash service
- Lake weed will still be collected after it has dried on docks
Oversized or Special Item Removal
For large or unique items, please contact the ALA office for a price quote.
Holiday Weekend Exception
On the following weekends, ALL trash bags (any type) will be picked up at no charge:
- Memorial Day
- 4th of July
- Labor Day
