Seasonal Job Opportunities –
Arrowhead Lake Association Beach Clubs

• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all Beach Club guests and employees by performing lifeguard duties, enforcing rules, and responding to emergencies using professional rescue skills.
• Operate and oversee daily Beach Club and Aqua Park activities, including monitoring guests, issuing life vests, assisting with events, and maintaining a clean, safe facility.
• Report incidents, complete required documentation, and communicate maintenance or equipment needs to supervisors and the Maintenance Department.
