Seasonal Job Opportunities –
Arrowhead Lake Association Lake Safety

• Seasonal position
• Requires strong boat-handling skills
• Community-focused role assisting with aquatic recreation and problem-solving
• Preferred experience:
  • Public service (Peace Officer, Firefighter)
  • Public-facing or high-volume customer service roles
• Must be able to:
  • Read and write reports
  • Stand and operate vessels up to 6 hours continuously
  • Perform physical tasks including docking assistance, climbing, crawling, and navigating obstacles up to 6 feet high

• Seasonal position
• Customer-service-focused role supporting marina and aquatic recreation operations
• Preferred experience:
  • Retail, restaurant, or other public-facing service environments
• Must be able to:
  • Read and write reports
  • Handle cash and open/close registers
  • Stand up to 6 hours continuously
  • Assist with vessel docking and related physical tasks

• Responsibilities include processing on-line payments, Emailing Members, Issuing, and Mailing decals.
• Face-to-face, Phone and Email contact with members
• Full-time and part time positions available, March through August. (Seasonal)

Seasonal Job Opportunities - 
Arrowhead Lake Association Call Center

• Distinguishing skills and abilities include: Excellent Written, Organizational, and Customer Service skills; Proficiency with Microsoft programs including Outlook and Word
• Responsibilities include responding to member inquiries via phone in a call center environment, processing over the phone payments, and issuing and mailing decals.
• Part time positions available, March through July. (Seasonal)

Seasonal Job Opportunities –
Arrowhead Lake Association Beach Clubs

• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all Beach Club guests and employees by performing lifeguard duties, enforcing rules, and responding to emergencies using professional rescue skills.
• Operate and oversee daily Beach Club and Aqua Park activities, including monitoring guests, issuing life vests, assisting with events, and maintaining a clean, safe facility.
• Report incidents, complete required documentation, and communicate maintenance or equipment needs to supervisors and the Maintenance Department.

• Provide positive member relations, enforce all ALA rules, and ensure safety by controlling access to beach and playground areas.
• Prepare the beach and facilities daily, maintain cleanliness throughout the day, set up and store lounge chairs, and clean and close the beach club at the end of each day.
• Prepare and sell food and beverages, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, manage inventory and cash handling, and perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.

Must be available to work Weekends and Holidays
