Arrowhead Lake Association Lake Safety
Boat Patrol (Weekends, Holidays & Nights)- Seasonal position
- Requires strong boat-handling skills
- Community-focused role assisting with aquatic recreation and problem-solving
- Preferred experience:
- Public service (Peace Officer, Firefighter)
- Public-facing or high-volume customer service roles
- Must be able to:
- Read and write reports
- Stand and operate vessels up to 6 hours continuously
- Perform physical tasks including docking assistance, climbing, crawling, and navigating obstacles up to 6 feet high
Marina / Gas Dock / Launch Ramp Staff (Weekends & Holidays)- Seasonal position
- Customer-service-focused role supporting marina and aquatic recreation operations
- Preferred experience:
- Retail, restaurant, or other public-facing service environments
- Must be able to:
- Read and write reports
- Handle cash and open/close registers
- Stand up to 6 hours continuously
- Assist with vessel docking and related physical tasks

Member Service Associates- Distinguishing skills and abilities include: Excellent Written, Organizational, and Customer Service skills; Proficiency with Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Responsibilities include processing on-line payments, Emailing Members, Issuing, and Mailing decals.
- Face-to-face, Phone and Email contact with members
- Full-time and part time positions available, March through August. (Seasonal)
Must be available to work Weekends and Holidays
