Arrowhead Lake Association is currently accepting applications for seasonal employment in our Lake Safety Department. Applications will be accepted through 03/11/2024.
Employment Applications will be accepted for the following entry level positions:
- Gas Dock Launch Ramp Staff (Seasonal)
- Shore Patrol Staff (Seasonal)
- Boat Patrol Staff (Seasonal)
Lake Safety Seasonal Staff, desirable characteristics:
- Ability to work weekends and holidays Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend
- Ability to work nights, if needed
- Ability to attend Spring orientation and training (Date TBD).
- Physical ability to walk 9 miles in one day. Ability to climb obstacles, climb in and out of boats and the ability to lift 100 lbs.
- Ability and experience in contacting groups and individuals to gather, relay information and enforce rules
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing
Lake Safety Seasonal volunteers desirable characteristics.
- Ability to attend Spring orientation and training. (Date TBD).
- Ability to work and stand for 6 hours continuously.
- Ability to contact groups and individuals to relay information and enforce rules.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
The application process is competitive. Not all candidates will be offered a position.
Auxiliary Volunteer Applications:
The Auxiliary staff is a group of volunteers who support Lake Safety with Shore Patrol. They contact groups and individuals to relay information, verify membership, and enforce rules. The Auxiliary staff is also asked to support Beach Club Staff at Special Events, Activities and ALA Special Projects. Please submit an application with available hours to:
