Schedule of Fines for violations

Removal or limbing of trees on ALA property

The following schedule has been approved by the board of directors.

Height	Fine
0' - 20'	$5,000
21' - 40'	$10,000
41' - 60'	$30,000
60'+	$50,000

The committee further recommends that any member failing to fully remit fines in the above amounts may be subjected to appropriate prosecution and, depending on the egregiousness of the trespass, be stripped of their lake rights including the revocation of any easement determinable for pier or dock placement or any license for the placement of improvements on Association property. Members would be afforded the right of appeal in accordance with existing Association practices.
