My name is Roy Wagner and I am your lake safety supervisor. I joined the ALA in the spring of 1995 and worked as a seasonal employee for 4 years. In 1999 I was selected to be the Lake Safety Supervisor and I have worked in that capacity ever since. In May of 1965 I joined the Air Force and spent 4 years in the service. In 1969 I was hired by the LAPD and spent the next 20 years working as a police officer. Upon my retirement from the police department I built homes in the Acton area. In 1992 I was hired by an independent contractor to work with the U.S. State Department and their embassy program in South America. I left Bolivia in December of 1994 and then came to work here in 1995. My wife Pat and I have had a home in the Lake Arrowhead area since 1987. We have raised our 5 adult children and we now have 9 grandchildren and one great grandchild. | ||||
