Tavern Bay Beach Club, Grass Valley Park, and Marina Peninsula Park Rules and Regulations

1. No BBQs. You cannot bring your own BBQ under any circumstances. Grass Valley and Marina Peninsula Park have charcoal BBQs available for your use.
2. You do not have exclusive use of the park. Other members are allowed to attend the parks during your party, although only one party will be reserved per day.
3. We do not reserve picnic tables. Tables are at a first come first serve basis; you do not have rights to rope off any area of the beach club/park.
4. Beach Club hours: Summer: 9 am to 5 pm. Winter: must make arrangements to have the park opened during the reservation time.
5. Rental is for one day only.
6. We cannot guarantee the condition of the beach clubs and parks. Our staff works very hard to make sure the all facilities are clean, however, we do not have staff consistently available (especially during weekend hours and winter season). We recommend bringing your own trash receptacles.
7. In order to reserve the date we must receive the charges to your party: $2 per person or $30, whichever is greater. We must also receive signed and dated contract/agreements.
8. If alcohol is going to be served we must have a copy of Event Insurance with a $500,000 minimum of liability coverage and Arrowhead Lake Association stated as the addition insured.
9. Any noise should be kept at a courteous level so as not to disturb surrounding residents. No amplified music or public address system is permitted prior to 8:00 am or after 10 pm due to the proximity of surrounding homes.
10. Any failure to abide by rules related to hours of usage or noise will result in complete forfeiture of the security deposit and a ban from future facility use.
