General Manager
John Rutledge started with the Association in May of 2005 and brought a background in homeowners' association management as well as extensive experience in Parks and Recreation to our mountain community. Additionally, John participated in security operations related to the construction of U. S. Embassy compounds in 12 different countries. John's goals as General Manager are to improve service to members of the Association and to prepare long range strategies for the preservation of Lake Arrowhead and its surrounds to ensure its availability as a recreational resource to our children and grandchildren. Along with his wife Rhoda, John expects regular visits from his children and grandchildren.
