Recently Jim Grant retired from the City of Redlands as a Senior Code Enforcement Officer and joined the ALA staff as Lake Manager. Previously Jim has served the Arrowhead Lake Association as Lake Patrol Supervisor and as interim part-time Shoreline Inspector.

Jim brings to ALA an extensive background of training and experience in public policy management of construction and environmental issues. Jim's goals as Lake Manager are to provide safe facilities and structures along the shoreline while planning for the future and maintaining a mountain forest setting.

Jim and his wife Susan have lived 'on the hill' since 1978, along with their four children who have married and located to live nearby.
