Before any documents can be drawn up, a written notification must be received by the ALA office identifying the buyers and their lot and tract (buyer must provide a copy of their Recorded Grant Deed). There is a fee for this service, $1000. You may open an escrow for the transfer of a boat slip or a boat slip right.
