Jeff Altmeyer was raised here in the Lake Arrowhead community. He attended and graduated from Rim Schools and for over thirty years he has worked along side his brother Chris in operating their company, WTA construction, specializing in public works projects. They were involved in the construction of the PAC at Rim High School and were the prime contractors of the Brulte Sports complex in Running Springs.

Jeff's wife Cheri of 21 years was also raised here and she too went through the Rim schools. Cheri has been active in various kinds of volunteer work. Their three children were born at Mountains Community Hospital and now attend Rim schools (except for the oldest who graduated from Rim High and is on her last year at the Art Institute of California, Inland Empire).

Their families have been enjoying these beautiful mountains and all that Lake Arrowhead has to offer since 1948.
