VOTING: Each general member owning one or more parcels of real property in Arrowhead Woods shall be entitled to one vote on all matters upon which general members may vote. If a general member owns an interest in a parcel of real property in Arrowhead Woods in combination with any other person or entity, the multiple owners thereof shall be entitled to cast only one vote as a general member, and it shall be the obligation of the joint owners of such parcels of real property to determine which joint owner, person or entity, shall be qualified to vote the general membership interest of the joint owners.
PRIVILEGES OF GENERAL MEMBERS: General members, their families, guests and tenants of General members may make such use of such ALA property and facilities as the Board of Directors may from time to time determine.

Except however, said owners may request that the names of tenants be placed on the owners' membership account. The ALA member shall be held liable and responsible for all actions of a tenant on ALA property.
